Tips on working in a group

As an Indonesian translator/interpreter working in the language pair English to Indonesian, to be in a group or with more than one person is a necessity for a certain project and I welcome this challenge.

Two heads are better than one, would fit the bill perfectly.

Indonesian Team… Yeah!

Another factor in this context that would fit is two’s a company three’s a crowd.

But, there’s a but here. As they say too many cooks spoil the broth. So would working in a group can jeopardize the workflow that has been established.

My take is if the present team consist of only two people, adding one or more will ruin the chemistry unless effective communication is taken into consideration for the expanding unit internally.

Indonesian Team, yeah!

Some would argue that the more the merrier.

We can go on and on. The point being, communication within the existing team is an ideal form of extending this to fit the ever expanding project.

Hope this short message hits the nail on the head.

More shall come.
